Principal and authority in fact:
As of the signing of this document, I hear-by appoint the following named to Serve as my authority in fact, and to act for me in any lawful way, with the subjects presented below, this is to remained an effect from the moment of signature to twelve (12) months or unless the agreement is terminated by either client or Jason Andrade.

That shall include credit reports prior correspondence with creditors and/ or company / company Who violates any of the FDCPA TCPA FCRA.
To take any and offer the action including the payment of expenditures and the preparation and execution of all documents as the authority in fact, Dean’s necessary or appropriate in order to fully effectuate these matters.
Membership agreement intake process
Each member agreed to provide the consult consultant with following information to start the credit analysis process. The items are a copy of your drivers license or government issued ID and Social Security card. Members agreed to inform consultant of any current document such as most recent collection letters judgments tax liens bankruptcies, foreclosure, pending lawsuits, repossessions, and any other debt related matters.
Members agree to give their consulting the following :
A. Name as it appears on your drivers license or government issue, identification. ;
B. Members will inform consultant if there is any nicknames, Junior Senior or any other names being used to obtain credit besides what is on the government issued identification;
C. Member will inform consultant of any addresses that is different than what is on the government issued identification.
Members will share their username and password with their consultant in order to achieve Optimal results. The consultant will guide the member through the process of obtaining their credit reports from the three major credit bureaus, Experian, Trans Union, and Equifax.
Member agrees not to communicate directly with any credit, bureaus, creditors, debt, collectors, etc. members will not apply for credit nor will they request others to access their credit report during this process.
It is imperative that the member forwards any and all credit related documents received during the process to their consultants with five business days for the best results.
Delivery and payment payments :
Members agrees to pay the consultant, a one time nonrefundable evaluation fee .
Consultant agrees to perform credit consultant by either by phone, Internet or in person. Office location will be provided by email or text. The average time for a member to achieve maximum results in 12 months or less.
All payments to J.F.A. may be made in the following manner : cash app , pay pal, credit cards or Apple Pay or Zelle. A bank account is not required to perform this action. All consultant fees are nonrefundable. You can cancel the membership at any time.
Members agreed to hold anybody consultants affiliated with JFA harmless from any liability, act or omissions for any cause or any reason a reason from any information provided to the members. JFA provides information and educational material pertaining to federal consumer protection laws.
